I am a vegetarian, so I don’t see why someone should be jailed for killing a couple of rabbits, when people are legally allowed to kill and eat factory farmed animals.

Yeah, there are some problems here of course:
The article mentions that there is no proof except some eyewitness accounts. So if the legal system just accepts some eyewitness account without any actual proof, that’s fucked up. It’s a broken legal system in that case, perhaps not surprising for Mexico.
Another side of the issue is that it could simply be a political retribution of some kind, making up a story about this guy to get him arrested because there is some other reason they don’t like him. Yeah, that’s fucked up too, if it is political like that. Again, par for the course for Mexico’s corrupt legal system.
And a final problem with all this, is of course the 10 year sentence seems quite steep. A more reasonable sentence could be a year or so, maybe.
But the bottom line for Turd is that he doesn’t care about any of these points I just made, the only thing that bothers him is that killing legally protected wildlife in a sanctioned biodiverse area is, in Turd’s mind, so obviously insignificant and irrelevant that no one should ever get in trouble for such things and no laws should exist protecting such wildlife. People should obviously be able to go around into protected natural areas and stomp on whatever animals they want to, in TurdWorld. Turd doesn’t have the nuance of thinking and feeling to see the above 1-3 problems I mentioned, he simply reacts like a good ol’ pre-programed conservative. Outrage and reaction, like Trump, like all these fucking clowns who cannot form a single coherent thought in their brains.

Problem 1: you don’t know if he did it or not, you’re simply presuming he didn’t.
Problem 2: you don’t know the legal context or framework involved, you’re simply presuming that it’s unjustified when in fact you have no idea, which you already admitted.
So, your argument consists of two highly dubious and indefensible presumptions.
