It is a well known fact that, with the current political climate, there is extremely little chance that an openly non-christian will be elected for President of the USA, or to lead many other nations. That being the case, is it moral to lie about one’s faith to get elected, if one’s platform is adequately moral?
I don’t trust the morality of someone who would want to get elected, never mind what they would do to achieve that end.
