Hello all!
Although I promised to be a bit more active it seems that I am getting way too busy to keep up with every aspect of my life which requires my attention. Sad but true. Still I am trying to talk to you guys as soon as my mind has either a stupid or smart idea, therefore it’s time to bore you all with my rants (which some of oyu find fascinating - which amazes me hehe…).
I am curious how you guys would say LOGIC and DEDUCTION work.
That is, how YOU see it they work. I don’t want copy-pastes from books or sites, just how you would see it. If some of you know my weird style of posting, I prefer to do debating at the end more, than after each post, so when we reach a debating stage I wouldn’t mind seeing some “scientific” explanations of how they work or interact (with eachother, the environment or us/our mind).
This is why I ask… is it possible for someone to have logic to such an extent that one can find a lot of things predicable, so much, that, that person would be accurate in “guessing” how other people think or will react, yet have a very low amount of deduction (take puzzle/adventure games where you have to basically use guessing and deduction as to how to solve a puzzle, or which path to take etc.), or for someone to be so good at assumptions, guessing and basically being right or lucky by chance, yet have no logic ?
If I wasn’t very very clear, what I mean is that I think there are people who could live life in a calculated way, seeing all as an equation, in a way, a balance in life, having everything sync-ed as much as possible, yet have a lot of problems with “guessing”, such as in example games from above (rpg/adventure/puzzles/mystery), instead of say using their wits to solve a puzzle, one would just try each possibility and use the technique of “elimination” to reach the solution, which is, in a way, a mathematical approach. Or people who can’t follow logical thinking, as in Maths, Physics, IT, yet be very good at literature, writing, things like that.
Although you guys might say I kinda auto-answered, I wanted to see hwo you guys stand on this, and your opinions or descriptions.
