The fact of the matter is that evolution has taken its toll on hominids who have evolved to walk erectly. We’re a relatively new invention, and our system of mobilization is woefully inadequate (this, incidentally, is evidence enough against the notion that we were created by a perfect Being). It will be many millions of years more before the upright posture is ‘perfected’.
I know. I’m scoliotic. And I’ll probably never reproduce to pass along my deficit genes, thereby contributing my share to the gradual evolution of man.
I have very minor scoliosis. In my case yoga and some other exercises help out a lot. There is no other real treatment for it, insofar as I am aware. Stretching, building core strength, these things help.
