It immediately must be controversial, and they are trying to “fact check” the FBI with the same defect and lie strategy Hillary used during the debates, claiming “go online, we have fact checkers” on sites like NBCNews, agreeing with Hillary, only to be debunked later as lies.
Suddenly the FBI is controversial, wasn’t so when they let her off the hook for lying before, they were reasonable people then. Look down on the bottom, they are trying to cement their case by making a Supreme Court Justice look perverted too!
A recent poll by ABC recently put Hillary and Trump tied, and the data was collected last week, before the investigation into Hillary restarted. Many people started early voting, but it is hard to tell if it is too late to turn her ill-gotten gains from lying.
We may very well be facing a presidential impeachment if the FBI asserts a trial is warranted but after she wins, and close enough to be sworn in to slip on through.
If the FBI uses the information from her last investigation, they may be prepared to start prosecution of her in November or December. If she is convicted prior to signing in as president, it will be a felony charge.
What will this mean? With some uncertainty, it will likely mean the presidential runner up will win, as Hillary was never president and was disqualified come swearing in. It would shift to the next runner up. That would more than likely be Trump.
I don’t think Kaine would be able to assert with success his right to be president as he wasn’t personally elected, the ticket was for Hillary, and 90% chance Trump would not only Sue, but win.
If she gets in and survives impeachment, you can certainly kiss her chances of selecting a new chief justice gone in the next two years, as well as any special bills, the Republicans are expected to retain the house and break even in the Senate, and the Senate race mid term for Hillary looks to heavily favor Republicans. She is facing a Congress heavily opposed to her, and would be most unwilling to cooperate, facing hostile reelections if they are found cooperating with a illegal tyrant barely staying in office by a razor thread partisan backing in the Senate.
