Meaninglessness of all views/philosophy

The philosophy books on this site claim that all science all mathematics all philosophy in fact all products of human thinking and thought entails meaninglesness. Logic itself collapses itself into meaninglessness. Logic is not an epistemic condition for the discovery of truth as it reduces everythhing including itelf to self-contradiction or meaninglessness. logic negates the very thing it needs for the negation ie essence without an essence logic does not exist as with out the law of identity/essence there is no logic Nihlism is infact entails meaningless even meaninglessness ends in meannglessness We are left with nothing but chaos and uncertainty . scepticism entails meaninglessness By the very tools we use to discover truth ie logic these tool lead to their own collapse into meaninglessness and every other prodiuct of human thinking All categories all ethics all clasificatorarysystems in fact every thing entails meaninglessness. No god no evil right wrong or bad no rationality nothing all is meaningless in terms of the very tools ie logic we hope to give meaning with . Without an essence our nouns dont siignify and are thus meaningless all noun statements thus entail meaninglesness A horse may exist but without an essence its existence remains a myastery it could be a halogram our just a dream of Brama Existence becmes a mystery open to all mystiical explanations

colin leslie dean outlines thee claims in his
Aristotelian logic as an epistemic condition of truth, the grand narrative of western philosophy: logic-centrism, the limitations of Aristotelian logic, the end of Aristotelian logic, logic/essence and language lead to the meaningless of all views

What do you think of such an absolute destruction of all human efforts to find truth and meaning
as outlined by the books on this site

The mind alone cannot find meaning.

Many “philosophers” get lost in their mind for precisely that reason, to actively avoid finding meaning … because meaning requires them to feel, and the difficult realities of their personal past which drive them to “philosophize” feel painful, and so they “philosophize” merely to avoid feeling pain.

Thus, “philosophy” for many is merely an addiction, a process addiction, typified by relativism and utilitarianism ad nauseum, where they focus meaninglessly on the mechanics of thought, often irrationally and laced with sophism, doing the best they can to overwork their mind in the hope of thereby drowning out the truth the rest of their valid and accurate awareness-finding mechanisms (feelings, gut-truth, etc.) are constantly trying to tell them.

I was surprised to find how many famous philosophers were merely process addicts of this kind.

I believe that a true philosopher is someone who uses all of their spiritual being – their heart, mind and soul – to seek the truth.

That means they will also feel, trust their gut, etc., as well as think, because seeking the truth is truly of value to them.

That also means they will have to be searingly honest about themselves, from the center of their being: their ontology will need to be the foundation of their epistemology.

Only then will they find real meaning in philosophy.

Elaborate more on what you mean by meaninglessness. What do you believe meaning is? Also, your link doesn’t work.

meaninglessness is epistemological ie all views will end in self-contradiction

Life’s a bitch and then you die. What else is new?

Sabrina,

:astonished: Eye-opening assessment which rings true

Indeed, to feel, is to philosophize.

It almost becomes as a private meditation…when it’s real.

It’s the artform by which we “go public” with philosophy which replaces its integral truth, its meaning, with the ever-failing attempt at some kind of technical unanimity.
