You might have had some time today when you couldn’t access the site - unfortunately this was due to a problem caused by a user from an ISP based in NYC and for a time we needed to restrict access to all connections from that ISP. This was a problem that affected all websites that exist in the same area of the internet as ILP.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience - shouldn’t need to happen again as the ISP in question has resolved the issue for us.
