that one stays really stable over a long period of time. its not immune to corrections, but if you didn’t want to commit you can dip in and out and snatch that dividend with a minimal capital risk and hey they distribute it monthly so theres that you know you can just sneak in once a month with a grip and snag a car payment out of there
you know what stonk is up? fucking carnival cruises. i got some “free” room deals from the casino dept and so i booked 2 of em, and they have a shareholder benefit where you get onboard credit (boozing money) if you have 100 shares. so i got 100 shares at 8.20 and got $100 on a trip to belize and honduras and in december ive got $250 on one to the panama canal and i’m up like 51 percent or something on the shares that shit is getting close to 13 bucks. citi upgraded it to target of 14. i think im gonna hold the 100 just to get more free booze and when they release earnings in a month or whatever and it dips i might get some more just to flip and average my cost down to jack fucking shit.
i mean they literally just run a casino and sell liquor on a boat and are like 50% held by institutions and they refinanced all their debt at low rates even in a high rate environment and had a market cap of like 4x of what it is now before covid and literally the only thing that fucked them was having like 0 revenue for a year i think citi is bluffing and that shit will moon just slowly like a slow moon to probably 40 bucks over the next few years so i mean hodl that shit at least long enough to get lots of free booze and avoid short term cap gains tax and maybe get some cash out of it eventually
that fax though i feel like im cheating when i mess with the fax like how is that even right lol
