Oddly the most favourable graphic to back up your xenophobia is the one you held up to ridicule. As l say, that graph actually shows how the major depression at the end of the 80s created a spike in crime.
Also these “accepting countries” were all accepting countries because they were devastated by 2 world wars. World Wars leave labour shortages and the population loses morality. That’s what world wars and bombings do. They obliterate morality. Sure, Hungary suffered big time too, but it wasn’t ploughed up like the fields of Flanders.
