Movements

The purpose of movement: walking from one place to another, encountering things of the same and different, events that shape us and the way we look at the world. Exercising one’s personally with another, in perpetuating this elusive, yet ever-present force as one.

Was contemplating on this from practicing Circling Hands; circular, yet seemingly linear continuous flow that expands and contracts. A repitition of birth and decay, up and down, left and right. Whatever movements we do, we perpetuate ourselves and thus keep life going.
