much more fighting on the way

with global warming and increasing world population we are going to see some awful fighting over resources …

As children of this planet, its not the first time for it. The world has cycle of plenty and poor. Breeds of animals die off, new ones begin. Its not the earth warming that will cause the most issue it will be the ice age that is just around the corner. People want to stop these much needed natural cycles out of fear. Which matters most, us or the whole planet?

Hopefully anthropogenic Global Warming will stave off the next stage of the Ice-age.
The last glacial maximum was 18kbp, and the last end of stage was 10kbp, we are about due for another massive freeze.
Chances are that fossil fuels will run out within 50 years, and that will be the time of the next Ice Age.

Things can change very fast once it gets going. When the Ice sheets start going south they reflect more sunlight away from the planet causing a feedback loop of more freezing.
Before 10kbp, where my house is was within half a mile of a massive Glacier.

Arks are being built around the world that will probably survive the worst ice age, at least one should. I should say that they are subterranean arks. I have heard of maybe two being designed to orbit or Mars or moon based.

how about the fighting in the next 10 years…will we have less or more worldwide…

Its bound to happen sadly. But, perhaps not as bad as the previous WWs

What arks…

About 6 yrs ago I had links through legitimate channels that major countries on all continents were building underground facilities that would house DNA, eggs, sperm from as many possible species including insects and water creatures and of course human. Generational caretaking would be used. I don’t recall the details or links.

Not forgetting though, turtle that humans aren’t just consumers; they are producers. There will always be fighting, but higher population means more production, and once certain resources run thin, others will emerge.

Future 3D carbon printers [diamond, carbonado, graphine] will use little resources and produce virtually indestructible products. Food printers will make much of our food.
As i see it, its a question concerning weather or not technology makes it in time to avoid that.

The devil in me hopes it wont; end result = less people, required property of perpetuation.
