Musical virtuosity

I very much enjoy the display of skill and talent from these young boys, German I presume:

Whaddya think ? Can we find these boys a record company ?

I think it sucks that I can never look at half the stuff people post because I’m still on dial-up. But if you like it, I’m sure it’s wonderful.

Thanks for the compliment, Daybreak. It’s an eight minute and a half improvisation, between three lads (aged 19, maybe 18) that yield a piano, a set of drums and an electric guitar. I’m sorry you can’t watch it. I’ve constantly listened to it these days and I like it more with every new auditioning. Reminds me of Spock’s Beard and Terje Rypdal.

its nothing…spectacular

entertaining non the less.

Although improvised, I more or less agree with yromem in that it isn’t bad but doesn’t offer anything new. I don’t care much for the piano riff, sounds like something from any popular video game. Drums and guitar sounded amateur at best. My favorite feature is the improvisational aspect, the act itself. When I was in a rock band we had similar habits however ours often lead to switching instruments and play styles… and then lunch… and then an argument…

this man doing a drum n bass beat with some empty paint containers and buckets, anyone that lissens to drum and bass will know its good.

This band makes positively the greatest music I have ever heard.

I agree they are good, but there are so many like them… so many talented, well practiced and intelligent musicians out of work and so many fake, plastic pop stars making millions.

I thought it was pretty damn cool.
