I wonder…if Muhammad and Allah were insulted by a bunch of puny humans, would they have to kill and frighten them to silence them?
Is it just me…or is something missing in this line of logic?

Of course one could make the argument with all such afterlife-based, monotheistic religions that if it’ll all be sorted out in the afterlife by God, Allah, whatever, then there’s no point us trying to uphold the rules here on earth. Indeed I find it to be an interesting and sound argument. You seem to be driving at something like this here…
The concept is that life on Earth here is a test. If you pass then you get to be with god in heaven.
Your passing grade proves that you are not like the devil who tried to do his own thing and challenge god. So, you need to follow the rules of the religion to the letter no matter what happens. If it says in the holy book that you need to spin around three times and shout “potato” at the sun, at 3PM then you had better do just that. It doesn’t matter if it makes no sense, because god told you to do it. If you forget then you had better be very sorry!
So, these religions are really death cults because all of their focus is on what happens after death. In my opinion, this focus allows them to be monstrous on Earth, for obvious reasons.
How much longer are they going to have their way with us?
Until they all die, which is their goal.
