So people have been asking me what my avatar means and why I choose not to get rid of it despite peoples distaste and complaining of it. So I thought it would be the time to make a thread about it.

Let’s start with what it is in mathematical terms and how it is applied to the world/universe around us.

So we will start with the Fibonacci.


^ So this is the Fibonacci and a Daisy, of which the daisy is sort of a representative of our reality. The idea of this is that things spiral, it is a geometry. Many people call it “Sacred Geometry”, and when I say “things spiral” I mean, everything spirals. It is the geometrical proof of reality and existence that everything is connected outside of the essence of which we are composed of, which is energy. It shows that everything is indeed a system and has a systematic way of spawning/creating things. I will give a few more examples of the Fibonacci geometry/spiral below.

Now let’s get into the Flower of life side of the fibonacci sequence. The flower of life symbol is found in a variety of cultures and different places around the globe in ancient times.

So as you can see, the Fibonacci/flower of life is both a geometrical proof of everything’s connection through Nature/Universe and also a symbol of spirituality/religiosity.

How do you feel about the possibility of humans having an innate sense of geometry as experienced in the trajectories of human development from fertilized egg to adult? Could our spiritual awareness be dependent on our physical experience in growth and development?

It is dependent on our physical experiences. Influences effects/affects everything indirectly and directly. Physical influence and other forms of it. A good example of that would be Art and how it effects/affects people. Since art a lot of the time is physical expressions through painting, drawing, etc.

The two basic geometrical forms are the straight line and the circle. From those all constructions and arts are made. In another sense the straight line describes individuation in human growth and development; the circle describes enclosure of development, the necessary delay for development to take place. In other words, growth and development can be described as individuation (straight line), synthesis (Circle) and metamorphosis (multidimensional.)
Using lines and circles Watson and Crick came up with a model, the double helix, which allows us to understand the operations of DNA.
In a spiritual sense the line is human extension beyond the ego. The circle enlarges to include all that exists.
In short, we live geometry and geometric models can help to explain spiritual experiences.

Sacred geometry possibly began when humans first looked at stars and imagined that they could be connected by lines and circles to depict animals, heroes and gods. It was seeing the stars through the template of human experience.

Possible. But it also doesn’t even have to begin there either because everything on Earth spirals. I am sure it was noticed as well. Then as technology advanced they realized everything out there spiraled as well.

I am surprised no one had anything to say about this, considering so many people hate my avatar and it’s flashiness.

I commented; and I still think the geometry you display here is indicative of the trajectories of all organisms as they develop and grow. The chambered nautilus is a prime example.

That’s exactly what it’s supposed to show and does show. Everything has the spirals and fibonacci.

Blue orange white and black are bad aesthetics.

Why’s that? isn’t that subjective taste?

No its a fact related to DNA. Ask any animal species, if they have eyes like ours, theyll say the same. Those colors cause odd chemical influctuations in the membrane. Mathematically, they are all polar opposites.

Ask any animal species? what do you mean… And is there any proof of this?

Its a chemical fact, it’s the product of the finest genes. High contrast colors, are hard on the retinas, hard on the mind. The pain is as real as a knife. The effects, can be measured. Its empirical.

But where is the data that shows and proves this?

The thing that has always bothered me about the fibonacci sequence is that somehow it starts with 0 and 1; for which no explanation is given. So, the rule of the fibonacci sequence:

Is actually untrue; because nothing + 0 = 0. If the fibonnaci sequence would obey it’s own rules, it would be:
{0,0,0,0,…}

For some unexplained reason, fibonnaci chose to start with the magical number 0 and 1 and subsequently dreamt everything else up in his own spirit.
Othe sequences are actually mathematical consequences, but this one, I think it is a fabrication of a human spirit only.

It can start with 0 or 1.

That is my point. He made it up. There is no mathematical foundation for it other than his imagination.

Isn’t that what math is? Making up or finding equations to explain the physical reality? … I don’t see how it’s imagination when the last two numbers really do equal the sum. You don’t have to start with 0.

And even if you do…

0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34. It equals 1 - 1. = 2.
