Lucky you. I’ve never actually had a lucid dream i can remember so i can’t really relate to your expierience.
What i can relate to however is the feeling of regret for not having sex…
i once had a dream about one of the few girls i really found attractive (a few years ago) and in that dream she came on to me freakishly strong and i chickened out (i was quite young).
when i woke up and realised it was all a dream, i cursed myself for missing the chance to go crazy

Grats on the dream. I remember once I became lucid and jumped and dove into the floor and was flying what felt like a million miles an hour in darkness. It is an intense, but awesome experience. Since you have the ability to do it, you should really look into different methods online and different interesting things to do in them. There’s a LOT of information on lucid dreaming out there.
Yeah, google will get you plenty of good results. I’ve read over so many I can’t begin to think of a specific one to suggest.
