Another aspect of the USA is the “insecurities industry”. All attempts are being made to render life in the USA as insecure as possible. Health care is no longer guaranteed by companies (they have to be competitve, they have to cut “useless” costs, the health of its workers is useless, has zero value, so just cut it), the workers have to take care of themselves and pay it from their own pocket, this is the “free market”, “capitalism”, the survival of the strongest and fittest. Aside from the fact that no one ever questions why health care costs must rise every year, WHO ON EARTH IS GETTING ALL THE MONEY ??? I don’t think it is the doctors…
You have to worry about your future pension, since there will no longer be any “social security”, the ugly “communist” thing they invented in the 20th century. So keep your mind worried on how to invest your money, play that big poker game called stocks, worry about inflation, worry about how not to lose your money, worry about your future, buy insurances and financial services that will “guarantee” your future, the future is a jail, is a dictatorship, just like the past is a dictatorship, you chose the wrong career path, you should have “worked harder”, you should have done any of a million alternative things you didn’t, now you are broke, now you “deserve” to suffer because in the past you didn’t “worry” about your future, you didn’t make the right moves in corporate america, you didn’t play your “hand” right, you are a loser.
The entire industry is a kind of psychological warfare declared on the lower class to keep their mind constantly worried and occupied on how they will survive. The past is all “regret”, the future is all insecure, therefore you must buy secure financial products that will give you a sure return. How much of all this bullshit is really true ? The past is just a sequence of events, that could have gone anywhere, the markets and economy and careers are all casual events most of the time, you can be lucky or unlucky, sometimes you managed to reach a goal, good, it worked out, but the past is irrelevant and could have gone anywhere. As for the future, before all the “insecurites” industry sells you any product they always warn you that “past performance is no guarantee of future performance”, which mean buy at your own risk, if the financial entity decides to simply rob all your money, it is all ok, it is part of the “game”, of “capitalism”, the “risk loving” system where the “hard working” and “talented” are rewarded. What a total rip off the USA has become.
The risk is always on the weakest person, the strong crush the weak, the USA is a psychological jail and will eventually self destruct itself by continuing this insane game of making “profits” of expecting money “to work for you”, of expecting to get something out of nothing. You can only rob so much from the american workers, the rest of the world has unions and are not so brainwashed by all the bullshit the capitalist ideology endorses. The USA is headed towards a civil war of the “losers” against the “winners” also known as class struggle or class warfare. Pump up the insecurities, make people worry more and more about their future and torment themselves aboth their past, “their failings”. The insecurity industry has lots of new products to sell, you can be sure.
Poverty in the USA is different from poverty in the rest of the world, it is a psychological warfare, the shortcomings of people are always exaggerated and greatly emphasized. Poverty in america is amplified by all the psychological warfare that the corporations wage on its workers, the workers are always at fault, always guilty of not being up to date, of not working enough, of not being competitive enough of not having the right skill sets, etc. In other countries, you are just poor, who cares, at least they don’t have this huge psychological burden to bear. The USA is in a sense truly the poorest country on earth.
The most effective work today is to do nothing at all, the model where there are still things to do, work to be done is false, there is very little left to do, computers automated most work, just enjoy and don’t do anything, but the very fact that all these financial companies have to “work” and “do something” is a sure road towards catastrophy.
