SCA is better and it doesnt require a specific religion.
It has all the fun of swords, horses and armor and it even offers saftey.
Is their a non religious Templar? I didnt know the masons were so christian i thought them to be more of their own wacky religion
What is SCA?
The Knights Templar is specifically for Christians. It is one ‘branch’ of freemasonry known as York Rite Freemasonry and you have to be a Master Mason before you can become a Templar Knight.
The masons themselves are not necessarily christians. Regular Freemasonry (i.e. the masonry practised in the UK) requires members to assert a belief in a Supreme Being. This is deliberately non-specific so that people from all faiths may join the freemasons. The French form of Freemasonry which branched off a while back does not require a belief in a Supreme Being (this is the main difference between the two sects of masonry). I think American Masonry takes its cue from British Masonry and I’m sure it varies from country to country.
Unfortunately masonry doesn’t involve swords, horses and armor, so if that’s what you’re looking for then best look elsewhere.

No religion, more of a scholarly thing.
But Oak island for those who havent reseaserched it, is more or less a false island. It all started when somebody found the flag stones to the enterance to the pit, they started diging in the lose dirt and continued to find wooden barriers every 3 feet down.
What is buried under this man altered island filled with liquid death? Nobody knows Could be riches or the holy grail.
