Yes.
Knowledge requires perception and interpretation and in most (if not all) cases, value judgments. Objective knowledge is thus a self-contradictory concept.

If I know a bachelor is an unmarried man, because I see him, understand what a bachelor is and then call him one, then I know it. There may be some principles which prevent “certainty”, (which I might call an illusion anyway), but a lack of certainty doesn’t imply a lack of knowlege, and knowlege of an object, even of one that consists of clustering properties is objective knowlege.
