I guess that was an adaptation of “Mysterious stranger” by Mark Twain.
But it’s just a tiny bit of whole story. And in the book, the Satan wasn’t shown as ugly entity.

Thanks for the info Nah, i wasn’t aware of that. I’ll have to read that story (i’ve been on a twain tip lately).

Interesting video rebel. The opening is sort of abstract, i think the names of those random space ships are a metaphor for sattelites and the futuristic warfare.

It kind of progresses through to a final theme, which is the sad state of our world. I find the observation of inept accidental leaders to be a direct reflection of reality…

great video, somehow it surpasses mine in obscurity.

I think the names are Mayan gods, I know Ah Puch is the Mayan god of death or something.

“Is control controlled by it’s need to control?” I like that.

Your welcome. The book is a charming story … well, at least I felt it was nice charming story.

The video might be done by Christians who react nearly mechanically to the name Satan.
In the book, Satan was young boy. And he was innocently playing.

Another one of Mark Twain “What is man” is more direct, or cynical.

Some people seem to consider these works of Twain as “pessimistic”, but I’d say they are simply “realistic”.

I thought I remember reading somewhere that most people view the world through rose colored glasses.

So I guess it makes sense that most realists would be considered pessimists. I remember being considered pessimistic when I was preaching that the economic sky was falling last October…
