Nice Boss. The composition and balance is very pleasing.
I’m sure it must have been taken from a real photo because the weight distribution against the curve and each other (elongated/compacted bodies) is very convincing. Good title too; they look like they’re having fun.

Nope, it is hand drawn straight from the brain. Touched in photoshop. It was originally meant to be a full peice, a trench scene, but I lost interest.
Then you have a very intuitive feel for weight and balance 
'Twas nice, like childhoods should be.
