There is the person who already has it all that cannot be bought but that is only because they cannot be out-wagered by another.

We’ll I personally would not kill my wife for any amount of money… but I do see a lot of horrible women that are probably some other guys wife … . Just depends on what is more valuable to someone.

There are many things which money can not substitute. Money by itself does not lead one to happiness, which the only thing that is really important. iv’e read that for many people it’s not even very correlated.

And democracy is 2 wolves and a sheep voting on what’s for dinner.

Democracy is the only form of government acceptable to mediocrity. It is based on the belief that equalizes popularity and truth.

Fact is, most people are incapable to govern their own lives, let alone the lives of others. You may be brilliant - but if you want to live in a “free, democratic society” you must accept that your life shall be governed by idiots. Or by whoever is elected by idiots. Same difference.

Absolutism can (and did) work, oligarchy can (and did) work, democracy can not. It can only stand as an ideal, but when it is time to act, it, sadly, must borrow power from the first two.

Yet, it survived through centuries, not because it is the best possible form of government as we are all taught to believe - but simply because people want to believe they have control, and the illusion of control is better then no control whatsoever… obviously…

I’m with my ever faithful and loyal Archangel on this one.

Democracy is mob-rule, and oppression of the majority over the minority. Now that whites are becoming minorities in the United States, Democracy is not looking so hot anymore. People are getting…nervous to say the least, once all the minorities working together (ha!) understand that they can impose revenge against those evil whities out there, by ganging up on the folk.

How do you like your revenge, best served cold, right?

Democracy is not so fun once those foreign “others” outbreed you.

I don’t believe so, it’s dependant on the government and nation, but the citizenry can prosper from a well run government.

Kyklos, the cycle of governments. It doesn’t “end” in tyranny, but tyranny is certainly a part of the cycle.

I’m just a supporter of the anarchist variation because it suits me.

And I support more Federal, Centralised governments because they suit me. Why else would anyone support a cause?

I really have no problem with anarchists as long as they don’t interefere with my aspirations.
