Welcome to ILP, Religion Forum where4. Why would one religion be better than no religion? Wouldn’t whether it is better or not depend on what the content of the one religion is? How could the one religion be achieved any way? I contend that, since human beings do not know what if anything the ultimate truth is, freedom of religion [including freedom from religion] is better than one religion.
even if the answer is “yes,” it’s a pretty useless question. not very likely that we can actually put that information to use – whatever religion we choose to be the one religion, it still depends on all the religious people giving up their current beliefs and accepting that one. not very likely to happen.
If there was one religion, I bet it would write in all caps.

I don’t report anyone, though I’ve been accused of it. Never have, never will.
Well I do but only for minor reasons, I think I’ve reported someone two or three times since I’ve been here, simply to suggest a thread change or such. You’re right though this forum has few report happy monkeys, and that is a good thing. The mods don’t want to be dealing with countless reports by idiots, because they stubbed their toe on something. Not that I am saying don’t report things, but man save it for when you actually cared or were being genuinely helpful. 
Basically this is a small forum that runs well enough on its own, where the mods frequently have to do very little, we want to keep it this way I reckon.
Right. where4 obviously has a limited command of English which is making communication with him difficult. I have a growing sense that he/she is here to proselytize. Unless his/her English comprehension picks up quick, little else will be possible and his/her efforts will have little likelihood for success. 
I think he’s a bot maybe, can’t be sure but he fails the Turing test on his ability to talk. That said so do I, but I at least can not use capitals. I think we will know how it is if he makes his next post in the correct non capitalised form with the correct grammar or something close. As you say he could just be foreign which is no ones fault, not even the Romans. 
The way I see it, if someone was posting here in completely chinese symbols, I don’t think the mods would tolerate it for long. In that extreme of a case, we see nothing wrong with kicking someone out who can’t communicate with us. After all, this is a forum. It’s a place for communication only. That’s all we got. If someone can’t do it, there’s no reason for them to stay. It’d only be to the detriment of the rest of the board.
So we kinda gotta figure out where we draw the line between someone just communicating kinda poorly, but being allowed to stay, and someone communicating so poorly that they just can’t be allowed to stay.
for me, turtle is right on that line. this guy is way beyond it. but that’s just my opinion.
It’s an opinion I agree with.
We don’t want to be seen as language Nazis, but if you can’t communicate with us then why are you here?

this is other matter of concern that my replies are little bit painful and difficult to absorb. so it is very bad communication…rubbish.
should reply be tender and favour of without any counter. somebody with less of common sense can take it granted likewise. language…must understand that this forum is not for essay or debate in english.
