paypal emails

did someone say paypal emails are a virus or something? the ones that say there is unauthorised activity happenening?

Yes, its a scam, PG. DON’T click on it.

Initially, it took you to a false address (that looked like a paypal url) then, when you typed in your details, they stole them. No doubt others are probably using the same scheme to download trojans or viruses as well.

To go to paypal, type in ‘www.paypal.com’ in the browser address bar, rather than click any email links. This should ALWAYS be done but especially with e-commerce sites.

If this email was genuine, Paypal would refer to the emails on their web’s front page. (Paypal used to have a warning on their front page a while back saying they don’t EVER send out emails like this and to report any suss emails to them.)

PG, It would be really nice if just once you replied with a ‘thank you’ when people answer your requests. This is not the first time, so its not forgetfulness and, once again, I see you’re back asking for help somewhere else again.

If you are for real, its little wonder why you hate life and people as much as you say you do. This world is very cruel to people who only think of themselves.

Here here!

Where where?!?

(old joke, I know, but a good one I feel)

You, you’ll be flattered to know…
