hi:)
what do you consider philosophy RATHER is - systematic science like maths,physics, biology or set of intuitive dates produced by individual thinkers?
There’s a history of philosophy; philosophy changes in the same pace as natural general knowledge and understanding of the world; part is based on the progress of natural sciences and the other part is based on logic,mathematics and the evolution of language.
For me the future of philosophy and philosophers will have alot to do with pure synthesis of all sciences; It’ll be the philosophers duty to turn out writings and essays combining everything as science moves onwards
Philosophy for me basicly is a coherent display of human knowledge; It stopped being the driving force of knowledge once natural sciencies arose.
There is still a sort of private domain in which philosophy brings forth knowledge, such as ethics, estetics, morals etc… in which philosophy should completely replace religion;
So basicly the field in which philosophy works gets narrower with each passing year but its importance grows by leaps and bounds.
