Pain brings Stocism, irritability, a desire to give into the darkness and live wickedly in the pain: spasming in pain and also laughing, I had imagined that Satan was in terrible pain all the time, even when involved in some sport.

Life brings with it all emotions that exist… it is a precondition for all emotion (or at least it is by it’s normal definition)… so singling out a single one seems like too much of an effort to steer an argument in a specific direction not nessisarily true

you can disagree with this principal if you want to, it’s not specifically absolute, but I must remind you of how many species humanity has brought to extinction, whilst only advancing a select few plant and animal species to serve you better. You have done this to your world, and I have done this to you. There are a few nations on earth, with a few people at the top that I control. We are the ones making the progress, and many sacrifices must be made in the name of progress.
You’re willing to kill an animal or an entire environment [yes, look at your shrinking rain forests, for example] – but I am willing to kill you and destroy you in some way so that I can get what I want. You are all my children, and we share the same attributes and ways.

Compassion and mercy are the pain you have been trained to inflict upon yourselves when you see suffering, and to make the pain stop, you help the one having the pain, don’t you? But suppose you could never hurt the gods of earth? Suppose you had no control over what was done to you, and you could never EVER find a higher meaning for any other life on earth? Ofcourse not, you are just food, the same as those you kill and eat, lower life forms are consumed by the higher life forms.
I believe Dan was going for a more Buddist view on this whereas life is defined as suffering. Someone who holds this perspective generally says they would rather not feel at all then to have to ride the rollercoaster of emotion.

You are right. There is evil and meaninglessness, but there is also good and usefullness.
You for one reason or another decided to believe all this shit your spewing out. So you are no more important than anyone else spewing out their bullshit. The fact of the matter is: you also don’t understand.
You don’t understand that we are all empty shells that channel whatever energies we choose to and spew them out to the world around us. Stop thinking you’re important.
