What is the PEAP? 
He wants the answer to “What do you want?” unlocked for everyone—for everyone to know/understand the answer at the same time (even if it varies between persons), and for everyone to share in the answer to that question with everyone at the same time (even if the varying answers involve contradictions), so no one feels left out, because exclusion is not the answer.
He thinks it is an unresolvable problem that we still need to try to solve, and that God has failed in not solving it.
He rejects first tuning answers to self=other, us=them (Golden Rule), even though he affirms it by another name (Rainbow Rule) without seeing it as the resolution (a resolution meaning God did not fail).

So before you actually act on stuff and manifest it in behavior that impacts your environment, you need to make sure it pivots self=other (golden silver platinum rainbow rule, if you will, with a veneer of titanium alloy). If it doesn’t, don’t dwell on it because, if you dwell on it, you will probably act on it — or you’ll do some other act in place of it that also does not pivot self=other.
It’s not enough to ask if you would be OK with everyone sharing you. It’s not enough to ask if Amanda what’s-her-face would be OK with everyone sharing her. You have to ask … is this a good thing for everyone/anyone acting in this context?—why or why not?—and you have to have that discussion with all willing stakeholders. Including your parents/significant other(s). Parents/siggies can see bullshit from an infinite distance away—and you can see theirs. Your own kids the mos’.
