Problems Downloading Amazon Prime on Kindle

In have a kindle, Amazon Prime, and am having problems downloading Season 2, strike Back, and Peter the Great episodes. I delete my videos at home once they are finished, and every other day go to a restaurant with with to download videos off free wifi.

I keep getting a download error, saying I have reached my Max Download, and need to delete them off my other devices, even though I already have, and only download such videos to this kindle, 100% positive I don’t have it elsewhere, and definitely have space, because I can still download non-amazon material. I’m very frustrated.

After I delete them, they show the line with a check mark… sometimes it’s light colored, other times dark. It let’s me stream anything, but I can’t steam at home, my phone has limited data.

I’ve tried resetting it, streaming for a few seconds, them going back in to try to redown it, etc… nothing.

It’s becoming brutal. Help me Carleas! I should be ably tobdownload any Amazon Prime video I want, especially videos in the same series. It makes no sense.

Is the kindle android based? I haven’t used one of those man. I know I have a kindle app on my android phone, and sometimes to clear out the bugs you can go to settings-apps-clear data and it kind of resets everything. I use amazon prime music as well, and it’s got 2 libraries, one that’s just a list of purchases, and the other which are the ones I’ve actually downloaded to the phone. The one that’s downloaded on the phone doesn’t use data because it just plays from the phone. The other does, so like even if I save the song to that list, it uses data because it’s streaming. There’s a limit on how many videos you can download? That’s crazy man.

I’d contact Amazon support and ask them. They’re generally quite knowledgeable, and like to throw free stuff at you whenever you have even a small problem with any of their services, so that’s fun.
