Questions of philosophy

After working 8 days straight, I finally have a day off…
about fucking time…

most philosophies are static, unmoving…
there is no history, past or future within most philosophies…
An example is the Platonic question, ‘‘What is Justice?"
that question has no past, nor does it have a future, it
is completely about the present…
What does "Justice’’ look like today? and that question doesn’t
engage with what ""Justice’’ should look like…

"Justice’’ is about being equal before the law, but I have
extended ‘‘Justice’’ to include the equal treatment of
people in all cases… for example, the U.S has
actively gone out in seeking out illegal immigrants,
because they are ‘‘breaking’’ the law and yet, IQ45
has gone out of his way to break the law, practically
every single day…for example, his refusal to obey
legal orders from Judges… If I were to do that,
I would be in jail in a New York minute… but we have
unequal ‘‘Justice’’ in America today… some are held
to one standard of ‘‘Justice’’ the deportation of legal
Americans, and others, because of wealth, titles, fame,
power, or material possessions, are treated to a different
standard of “Justice’'…And the argument might go,
but Kropotkin, that has always been the case, the rich
and powerful have always been protected by the law,
and that is right or what we want to see? That some
may get away with breaking the law because of their
wealth or title or power, and some are punished simply
because they lack that wealth or title… is that really
''Justice?” and is that an America we want to see, today
or into the future?

The questions of philosophy are best served by
thinking in terms of the movement of time, past,
present and future… What does "Justice’’
look like today, and what should it look like tomorrow?

Philosophy does not deal well with the movement of
time and space within it… Ideas that move through
time are questions that really didn’t get talked about
until Hegel and his successor, Marx… both of whom
thought of ideas in terms of their history… I believe
that there is no success within Marxian idea about
the rise of the ‘‘Classless’’ society… but Marx’s value
comes from his being able to move an idea through time…
This is where we are today, and this is where we need to
be tomorrow…Think about IQ45 and his gang
of idiots… what tomorrow are they thinking about
when they are engaged in breaking the law on a
daily basis… they have given no thought as to
the world they are creating by their constant law
breaking… but typical of the right wing, they
are more driven and motivated by the past,
not the future… a past that has no relevance to
us today…

We have one quote that bests sum up what we
want out of philosophy… and it is by Marx…

‘‘It is not enough to understand the world,
we must work to change it’’

But to change it, one must have a firm sense of
the past, what was, the present, what is,
and the future, what might be…

The current ‘‘Trump revolution’’ is not sustainable,
it is ‘‘ad hoc’’, of the moment… it has no lasting
value or goal to achieve, for the only point of the
‘‘revolution’’ is to destroy America…
IQ45 has no other goal other than the destruction of
the U.S… (as he is clearly a Russian asset’')

to be continued…

Kropotkin

Now the next step is in thinking about what it means
to be human… in the past, being human meant
rising from being an animal to our current position
which is on the road from being animal to becoming
human, which is the final step, becoming human…
unlike other animals, we human beings can change,
adapt, become something else… a dog or a cat,
can’t ever change themselves… they are, past,
present and future, a dog or a cat…
they can do no other… their behavior, actions,
movements are and always will be dog or cat,
with no changes in who they are… but human
beings, we are, from the moment we are born,
changing, adapting, moving from one state to
another… we can do something that dogs
and cats can’t do, which is to consciously decide
to change… change in inherent in people,
as with all animals but we can control to a large
percentage, what change we adapt…
I have something that animals don’t have,
which is choice… and you have something that
animals don’t have, which is choice…

I have a mean, cruel streak a mile wide within me…
I can be mean and cruel to the point of causing deep
pain to others… but I choose not to… I have
a choice of who I am… and I choose not to be mean…
and because I am human, I can choose change,
I can then make that choice of being nicer, I can
change and adapt as I see fit… as can you…
that alone puts us into a far different class than
animals… who cannot make a choice, who are
forced to be who they are, dogs or cats
and they have no choice…

this is why the question of sexual identity is so important…
we can make choices as to what gender we want to be…
this is something that animals cannot choose…

that we can change or adapt even our own genetic
makeup is a sign of the choices we have as human beings…
we might be born male, as a genetic choice, but we
feel ourselves to be female, but conservatives
have a deep, dark fear of choices… because
we are human, we can transform ourselves from
being born male to making a choice to be female…
something no other animal can do…
to be able to transform ourselves, to overcome
our own programming, which is something animals
are unable to do, that is specifically what makes
us human… we can overcome our own programming…
and that is what divides us from animals, we can overcome
our programming and animals cannot… we can,
to a large extent, overcome our own evolution and make
different choices…that is something that no other species
can do… to prevent us from making such choices is
to proclaim that we are animals, we are unable to
make our own choices… we cannot transform ourselves
into our own making… but we can transform ourselves…
we do this every single day when we make choices…
I will not be mean, I am a female and not a biological male,
I will be nice to people, that which makes us human is
our choices and those choices to transform ourselves
into something else is what makes us human…

I will always support those who identify as LGBTQIA…
and why? because they are making choices as to
being human… the essential aspect of being human
is through our choices… the less we can choose,
the closer we are to being animal…

transformation

next post…

Kropotkin

ok, transformations…

what does this even mean? That we can, by virtue
of being human, transform our lives, who we are,
by the choices we make… much of who we are,
is dominated by evolution… by forces like gravity,
and space/time, biological forces beyond our control,
we are part animal, so we must, must obey our
needs, our biological needs of food, water, shelter,
health care, education, and our psychological needs
of love, of safety/security, of belonging, of having
esteem…we can overcome these needs,
especially our psychological needs, but that comes
with a cost… and we have seen/met human beings who
have walked away from their psychological needs and
they are seriously fucked up…

so, how do we engage in transforming ourselves?
by the choices we make… and the goal we desire
to reach… let us look at an individual that
transform himself… Gandhi…

His basic faith was in a value, Satyagraha…
which means ‘‘Holding firmly to the truth’’
or ‘‘truth force’’… which is a form of
nonviolent resistance… every decision he made,
was made in terms of ‘‘Satyagraha’’…
did this action advance the cause of ‘‘Satyagraha’’
or does it prevent it? and we too, can judge
matters in terms of our own self chosen ideal,
be it ‘‘Satyagraha’’ or be it the pursuit of Justice,
of be it the pursuit of freedom, or be it the pursuit
of the truth itself… and we make our own decisions
in terms of what value we are pursuing, Justice,
or peace or truth… every judgement must
be made in terms of our chosen value…

As I have mentioned, I have chosen Justice as my own
value, so, every decision I make is done with “Justice’’
in mind… does this advance or delay ''Justice?”
The act of equality in terms of everyday actions…
am I treating everyone I met, with "Justice’’ as
being equal, or am I treating some different than
others because of accidental traits… like skin color
or gender, or race…for me to practice ‘‘Justice’’ is
for me to treat everyone I met as equal to myself…
and to each other…

And by treating everyone with a value such as "Justice’’
I am also trying to raise everyone I met into making
human choices, not animal choices… to transform
animal/humans into becoming fully human…
the road of humans goes from being animal
to becoming human…and that path/road is
through the act of ‘‘Justice’’, as least for me anyway…
and for Gandhi, that road/path was through ‘‘Satyagraha’’…
and what is your road/path to transformation?
and as always, why that road/path and not another?

Kropotkin

IQ45 has no other goal other than the destruction of
the U.S… (as he is clearly a Russian asset’')

Democrappic drivel.

This is why we need UBI. You are clearly too overworked to form clear opinions and you need a break.

As for your notions of Justice its robotic and autistic. For example, lets in Example 1, say someone illegally shot someone with an arrow to the knee, because they were bored. Example 2, someone shot someone illegally in the knee, to rob them because they had a bad life and have a bad family life and are poor. Should the same punishment be given to both persons?

As for illegal immigration. Its an ugly thing either way. Lots of criminals, Ms13 people and fentanyl dealers coming in. That being said, ICE ain’t saints. How ICE handles immigration, some might say is dystopian. The alternative to ICE our society is given, is the demonrats. The demonrats provide another extreme, weaponizing empathy, making everybody soft, letting all the criminals Ms13 and fent in, so they can rig elections with fake votes from illegals

K: quite a few assumptions baked into this post…
but nice start with the insult, nothing shows us your
education level better than opening with an insult…

as for ‘‘Justice’’ (and more insults), the idea of ‘‘Justice’’
is that everyone is treated equally… that wealth or titles or
fame doesn’t impact how one is treated before the law…
In America, it is quite clear that we have a two tiered
judicial system… the wealthy and powerful have one
judicial system and the rest of us have another…
for example, IQ45 is a convicted felon with 34 counts
in the New York Judicial system… that is not speculation
or guessing, it is a fact… and yet, nothing happened
to him, not a thing…if I had a 34 count felony against me,
I would be in jail for, well forever… but I am an average
guy, thus I would be punished for my crimes… but because
of wealth and power and a title, IQ45 gets away with crimes…
and that is an indication that our judicial system no longer
works…it is not impartial nor is it fair, it certainly isn’t blind…
justice today is bought and sold like any common dishwasher
soap…

as for your second paragraph, clearly you have
bought the Brooklyn bridge… the M13 gang is no
more dangerous than any other gang, which brings us
to the second half of the problem… which is not
about gangs bringing in drugs, but the very fact
that we have a drug problem…have you ever wondered
why America has a drug problem? I have seen this
‘‘drug’’ problem and the reaction against it, my entire
life… Nancy Raygun and her, ‘‘Just say no’’ advertising…
way back in the 1980’s…and even before that, I can
recall the anti-weed campaign that goes all the way
back to the 1930’s… it is like a magic trick, designed to
keep your eyes off of what is going on and away from
what is really happening… and why hasn’t any of
the anti-drug campaigns ever worked? Maybe think about
that for a moment…

and for your final rant, about illegal immigration and M13,
and voting… you have swallowed the media story,
hook, line and sinker…How does it feel to be played?
immigrants bring in billions of dollars extra… the state
of Texas in 2019, before Covid, estimated that illegal
immigration brought in 19 billion more dollars in taxes
then they took out… immigration is a plus, not a negative…
as for voting, the voting totals have dropped over the years,
we barely have 50% of all possible Americans voting…
you want to negate illegals voting, bring up the total
of Americans voting to 75 or even 80%, and it doesn’t
matter how the illegals vote… they will be vastly outnumbered
for example, in an election with 10 voters, if you have two
illegals, that is a big percentage of your voters, and they
could impact it, but if you have say, 1 million illegals voting,
that has little impact given that over 120 million people vote…
it’s a numbers game…something you don’t seem to
understand… but logic is something you don’t seem to
have a whole lot of…

maybe try not to get swept up in the right wing propaganda
you so clearly watch… and before you say it, no, I don’t
watch TV, so I don’t watch CNN nor do I watch MSNBC…
I have very little contact with the media given how busy
I usually am…so, sorry that line of attack isn’t going
to work… I am going out to the bar tonight to watch
the Warriors game, and why? Because I don’t have TV
at home…to watch anything, I have to go out…
that cuts down on my media time…

I am sure you will answer with more insults, but
please try to make them original, worth reading,
give me something I haven’t seen before…

Kropotkin

garbage in garbage out. you start by insulting the commander in chief.

34 felony counts of trumped up charges. What’s his crime? Visiting a prostitute or something?

the M13 gang is no
more dangerous than any other gang

it is way more dangerous than negro gangs. Mexico is not even a country anymore it is ran by the cartel. And you want open borders

drug problem…have you ever wondered
why America has a drug problem? I have seen this
‘‘drug’’ problem and the reaction against it, my entire
life… Nancy Raygun and her, ‘‘Just say no’’ advertising…

this is not just a “drug problem”. Trump probably did Cocaine with epstein…
Fentanyl is 150 times more potent than heroine and yet when I play online gaming I see people casually putting Fentanyl memes and glorifying fent in their usernames.

trump is not some hard-ass republican cracking down on drugs like its the 1980s. both trump and RFK used to be demorat voters and supporters but they abandoned the party because they saw it for what it is.

you are a good man but you are overworked you regurgitate what you hear from MSM either directly from MSM or from your peers indirectly and you don’t see the big picture here
