Most notions of Racism are relatively harmless because Actions based-on-race are systemically Suppressed by the US Government and Deep State Establishment. Such that, Racist “Anti-Racism” is increasingly meshed into Western Civilization as a feature of its (decaying) culture. It is only within a few governments and societies throughout human history that the most distinct human races are shoved together and housed next to one-another. The Roman Empire, from which the American Empire is modeled, was one such “Cosmopolitan” society. Because, through Imperialism, the slaves and women of defeated nations eventually congregate and collect, and something must be done with their ethnic and racial “Outsiders”. Thus, other Global Empires, such as the British Empire at its height, or the American Empire at its height, will also have distinct and common notions of “Race” and “Racism”.
However, these are means of social, cultural, and political control. The ethnic & racial “Minorities” of a Cosmopolitan society (Empire/Imperialism) are expected to conform to the prevailing political power of the time and serve that power loyally. This creates a Confused mess of “political correctness” when social solidarity breaks-down, for example, as it has been doing in the United States since the 1990s. As Society breaks-down, and the Centralized Government loses Authority, Autonomy, and Legitimacy, so too do the notions of what was previously “politically correct”. The notion of “political correctness” is a deep topic that deserves its own attention. But, to summarize, political correctness is a social and cultural standard as to how the most distinct and different human races ought to perceive, act, and socialize around one-another, with a degree of ‘ethical’ or ‘civilized’ Decorum. It’s about—institutionalization, domestication, and especially emasculation. It’s about the “Feminization of Mankind”.
Because human males, throughout History, at every and all points, do not share affinity with (ethnic and racial) Foreign tribes.
This is the most important point. Because human males have a natural aversion and animosity, built upon tribal “Prejudice”, so too the matter of “Race” or “Racism” can never truly be solved, and barely even Addressed. In Imperial/Cosmopolitan societies, Racial grievances will rise again and again, the more forcefully and forcibly all ethnic and racial groups across the world are mashed-together in closed spaces. Humanity has a natural urge and tendency to self-segregate. Imperialism causes forced-integration, which requires enormous amounts of energy (money/funding/taxes) to maintain. And even under it’s greatest pressures, Imperial societies do not and cannot stop “Ghettoization”. This fact is demonstrated by almost every U.S. major city—where ethnic and racial minorites seek one-another out to habituate with one-another in close proximity. So, even despite severe pressure of system Institutionalization, Ghettoization occurs and cannot be stopped.
The 1-in-20 individuals on Earth, who are above-average intelligence, can judge peoples based “on their character”—but never before the act of Perception. This is the mistake of the Liberal-Left in the United States, who also believe in Blank Slate Theory of Humanity. The Far-Left political spectrum believes in “Nurture, not Nature”. Therefore, they are mistakingly and falsely led to the premise that innate ethnic and racial “Prejudice” can be “educated” out of humanity. This is false, and has proved false scientifically, at every pathetic attempt. The reason-why the Liberal-Left fail, and fail, and fail, is because a child naturally gravitates to her biological parents. And if Biology is severed, and a child is Adopted to surrogates, then that Biology will reveal itself as ‘Other’ than the Biology of the surrogate parents, over time. This is more obviously and immediately true when a man and woman mix Race or Ethnicity, which causes further Disenfranchisement, Confusion, and Dysphoria of the mixed-progeny.
The Liberal-Left answer is consistently ever the same, more “Nurturing” is required. And by Nurture, what is meant is, further Domestication, Institutionalization, Brainwashing, Political-Correctness, Mental Hula-Hooping, Cognitive Dissonance, Uncommon Sense, Emasculation, and Feminization.
