That’s good, we disagree a lot but I do find our conversations to be entertaining. I would be bored on my lunch breaks over here without you.

Here to help. I enjoy our conversations too, and despite our disagreements, I’m pretty sure you’re a really decent person.

..you need to get yourself one of these:

:gem_stone: AI Overview

Red light therapy uses visible red light for superficial skin concerns, while infrared (IR) light penetrates deeper for muscle recovery, pain relief, and deeper tissue healing. Both therapies work by stimulating mitochondria to boost cellular energy (ATP), but their different wavelengths determine where in the body they are most effective. Red light is better for surface issues like wrinkles, and infrared light is superior for deeper problems like joint pain and muscle injuries.

Red Light Therapy

  • Wavelengths: Visible light, typically 620–750 nm.

  • Penetration Depth: Targets the epidermis and dermis (the top layers of skin).

  • Primary Uses:

  • Skin Rejuvenation: Reduces wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, and improves skin texture.

  • Wound Healing: Promotes early-stage healing and stimulates collagen production.

  • Inflammation Reduction: Can help with skin conditions like rosacea and eczema.

Infrared Light Therapy

  • Wavelengths: Invisible, near-infrared (NIR) light, up to 1100 nm and beyond.

  • Penetration Depth: Reaches deeper into tissues, including muscles and organs.

  • Primary Uses:

  • Muscle & Joint Pain: Relieves muscle and joint aches, stiffness, and enhances muscle recovery.

  • Deeper Healing: Aids in the maturation phase of tissue healing and collagen remodeling.

  • Other Benefits: Can help with cellulite prevention, mood improvement, and detoxification.

Key Difference

  • Depth of Penetration: The main distinction is how deeply the light energy reaches into the body. Red light treats surface-level issues, while infrared light is designed for deeper therapeutic effects in muscles, joints, and other tissues.

How They Work

  • Both red and infrared light work at a cellular level by stimulating mitochondria. This boost in mitochondrial activity leads to increased ATP production, providing more energy for cells to carry out their functions, which accelerates natural healing processes.

Which One to Choose

  • For Skin Problems: Choose red light therapy to address surface-level skin issues.

  • For Deeper Pain or Muscle Issues: Opt for infrared light therapy to target deeper tissues and promote recovery.

  • For Overall Wellness: A combination of both red and infrared light therapy can be beneficial, providing both surface-level and deep tissue benefits.

You’re welcome..

So now I’m getting letters from Jehovahs Witnesses in the mail. Either some forum stalker gave them my address, or they just look up random sex offenders who’s addresses have been broadcasted to everyone by the State so they can add to the harrassment and violation of the privacy of the sex offender.

Now, take the gravity of this problem and multiply it by ten: the guy’s not even a sex offender. It’d be one thing if he was… we could kinda say, “Hey man, you got yourself into this” and get away with it. But we can’t do this here. The situation is unspeakably absurd.

A few items to date we have:

  1. Property vandalism
  2. Doxxing (stalkers follow me around online telling anyone i interact with that I’m a child molester)
  3. Cops called on me twice.
  4. Neighbors moving
  5. Job losses
  6. Refused by rental agencies
  7. Gaslighting (the dish detergent guy, the prank callers, the hackers, etc)

Pay attention, POleece, because when it happens I want to be sure you understand why (to the best of your little ability).

Brutal man, just brutal. I wish you well with your circumstances.

 :+1:

How the religious stalker wrestles with doubts that he/she may have about me being a child molestor. They allow themselves to ‘maybe be wrong’ about the guy without there being any meaningful consequences; so what if I’m ruining this guys life? Earthly life isn’t important, and god will take care of everything."

Is that not the most sickening thing you have ever seen? This pest, believing in a god that doesn’t exist, proceeds to harrass someone he’s wrong about while excusing any damage they may cause as inconsequential. The guy’s going insane because everyone is fucking with him, now including me… but no problem because god will handle everything.

These people are the bringers of death. Their sole purpose is to confuse, confound, and cancel out the lust for life, and everywhere they lay in waiting for those who are not yet diseased like them.

Lol imagine a little Christian trying to get between an anarchist and his war against the State.

A lot of people don’t understand in this nation that people get put on the sex offender registry for victimless crimes, there’s a huge public misconception on it and I am sure the religious zealots don’t make it any better. Back in my traveling nomadic and hobo wandering days being younger there was sex offender homeless camps everywhere you went, because they couldn’t get jobs anywhere to make money and couldn’t get residence anywhere either. Very common to find them living under highway underpass bridges outside.

And they’re all pussies. IRA prisoners in Ireland’s prison The Maze had thirty prison guards executed, no problem. And yet our SOs don’t even have the balls to break into a car (because they can’t get a job) and would starve under a bridge instead.

SO homeless are actually some of the most ruthless intelligent people I have met on the street. Forced to be creative making money and surviving outside of society because it is illegal for them to do so anywhere else. Think organized criminal meth and drug labs.

Ruthless in that I knew a guy living in the desert extremely in the middle of nowhere where he would have people disappeared if they double crossed him. Everybody knew he was behind the disappearances including the local police but nobody could ever prove it.

No, i mean homeless SO’s. If ever there were a person justified in being an illegalist, it would be an SO. No other citizen is tyrannized, abused, and stripped of freedom by the State like a sex offender is. Whether he knows it or not, he is under absolutely no obligation to acknowledge the State’s existence and recognizes nobody as an authority in it. His relationship to the State should involve only what and how he can use the State and its citizens to his advantage with no recourse to the law.

Or, just sit under a bridge and starve. Whatever suits you.

I feel your pain, I remember living on the streets homeless for well over a decade of eleven years of my life.

You wake up sleeping with maggots crawling out of your ears some random morning and you’re glad that trash outside dumpster you slept by in the alley way didn’t crush you to death while you were sleeping when the public garbage trucks come to get them in the mornings.

In the colder regions you’re falling asleep on the ground in some snow staring at the night sky watching the moisture of every breath you draw being exhaled from your mouth feeling your own lungs are becoming frozen crystalizing by the winter cold winds all around you. You wonder if you’ll die of hypothermia by morning in your sleep. On particularly really cold days where it is below zero degrees in temperature you’re hugging onto an exhaust vent of a building for warmth or a sewer drain of a street.

And in the hotter regions you fall asleep to coackroaches climbing all over you sleeping off to the side of a road where the rats at night time scurrying about. You can choose to venture off into the desert sleeping on the ground there but then you’re just trading cockroaches for scorpions as your night time bunk mates. The joys of being abandoned by everyone and everything in a life of real exile.

Now, this is a difficult one. Do i ask myself, “What kind of dummy would allow himself to live in such conditions” or do i say “that’s noble of him that he didn’t rob a bank or commit a burglary or something FFS so he could get a motel room and instead chose to sleep beside a dumpster… so he has my sympathy.”

My problem here is i can’t believe you didn’t have other options… able bodied and intelligent as you are.

I had many opportunities to become a rogue criminal, but all that would of gotten me was a street execution by the police with me dead. Over the years I witnessed a lot of police brutality on people and they don’t care, they take people out all of the time on a daily basis. There’s really not a lot of smart criminals out there, most are stupid where they killed by the police or sent up state for a life of prison living the rest of their lives inside a concrete box.

So no, instead I learned to become a master of survival living off of nothing not drawing attention to myself trying to live in peace the best way I knew how. In the end I got lucky getting off the streets because most never do once they’re there as it eventually becomes their graves and final destination. I lost count how many times I almost ended up dead myself, living like that comes with an endless amount of perils.

Wanderlust got you. What you should have done directly after the 2008 summer of love fiasco was find the nearest city with a lot of residential and commercial construction. Bus to that city and go straight to one of those homeless resource day centers and find out what you can get from em. Hang out in libraries all day calling construction/labor wanted ads and get hired. Use the homeless places as much as possible, but avoid ones that make it all complicated and give you curfews and shit. Day centers only. Showers. Half stale assortment of doughnuts, bread and other items the bakery gives em every day. Grab all that shit. Me 'n Nat used to get so many loaves of bread and sugar cookies and angel food cake we needed a microwave box to carry it all. If you opt out of staying overnight at shelters, find a spot for a tent. Bus to the job you get or get picked up. In one week, you’d have at least $400.

That would have been the smart way. I dunno what the hell you were doing thinking you were David Caradine walking all over the goddamn continent. You don’t do that unless you got money or are on the run. Even bloggers no longer take ridiculously long trips just to see a fucking tree somewhere. If you wanna see the world get on youtube or have some cash at the ready. You chose neither of these and went the David Caradine route, and that’s what got you into some shit with the local scorpions.

Didn’t have any money at the time and could barely get a job anywhere at the time either. A case of wanderlust plus doing it with little to no money at all. But wandered I did, up the entire east coast, up the entire west coast, all around the Gulf Coast, all throughout the mountainous rockies, up into Canada, and eventually into the desert canyons I now currently reside in on the Mexican border.

I seen many wonders, horrors, and intrigues in my travels. It was horrifying, miserable, enlightening, and wondrous all at once simultaneously. The very best of times and also the very worst of times.

The following is my entire travel history (places stayed at, not passed through) at this very moment and in this travelogical order:

New York
West Germany
Switzerland
Venice
Florida
Virginia
South Carolina
Washington DC
California
Ohio
Georgia
Florida
Saturn
