Since/if it is impossible for beings subject to time to even conceive past a certain number of people in order to consider what they want, then recognize the consent(s) of the one(s) you’re with (this requires asking due to private access). A good government only allows a leader to be responsible for as many consents as are within their sphere of awareness–that’s the only reason why you should never jump the chain of command–not because you’re an underling, but because you are putting too much on the ones who do not have you in their sphere of awareness.
