Refuting Putnam's Twin Earth Argument

The social context is thing that is constructed in our ideal world; that is STILL in the head.
Whilst i can accept some extra-somtic forms of meaning; books, cultural viruses, symbolism, etc. But their meaning, whilst vested in the social relations still has to be codfied and interpreted by the brain.

I accept that for Plato the forms are held, out there in some way - though I did see a recent argument that suggests that even HE is also making an idealist statement. I was not convinced.
