I appreciate your effort but I have some issues with the content. I don’t see an established relationship to any of the settings used, could you perhaps convey what relation the gentleman has with the piano, the woods, or the book. Most importantly, what is the signifigance of the knife, it was unclear to me.
I was expecting some memorial of past events but I couldn’t tell how it related to prior events. It seemed more like you were playing hide and seek with the knife. I think what it lacks is clarity.
Ah, sorry, appears I spoke too soon, forgive me. I would like to see the end if you have the time to E-Mail. I also forgot to mention I enjoyed the music, and that it sounds strangely familiar, may I ask what it is?
That is one of my favorite songs, but I was wondering who the guitarist is? Also, to me, art should give you feeling or emotion of some kind, and because of the knife, I was on the edge the whole time thinking there would be a murder or suicide. He falls on the hill which leads you to believe he did himself in, but then the book… what could the book mean and what did the key open? I am a pianist so, of course was all over that… I give it an 8 1/2.
Your lighting was perfect; it flowed well and I was nervous —> i.e. emotion.
Good job.
p.s. I am quite fond of Pinot Grigio for our reception.
