Satre

  1. He died insane, after spending the last eleven years of his life believing himself to be Jesus Christ.

  2. The thing about Satre

Both statements were to show that they repented for their “sins” in the end and turned toward god in their final hour.

Horse shit smells better than that article! It’s composed as a trick.

I have read about the life of Niezsche and he got sick toward the end of his life and developed mental problems. Like I said before the man (any man) can’t be judged as a whole when he is not feeling well.

Lying to oneself in attempt to deny ones freedom.

In reply to the meaning of the quote ‘man is condemned to be free’ I took it to describe the effect of the relationship that man has to freedom.

Man is free, and hence responsible for everything. That includes responsibiltiy for his own creations and in particular, what is meaningful for him. But then, if man creates his own meaning, there is nothing to justify that which he creates (no god or higher purpose), and he must face the anguish which will follow from the weight of such responsibility He is condemned to face this angst granted by his own freedom…

That’s the thing with writing stuff down, you never know what you may learn next that will change everything you thought. Does anyone here believe they have nothing more to learn? Does anyone here know what they might learn in the future? The answer for me is know and probably for all of you too. So how can we teach if we have more to learn? We can never be 100% certain of anything. The imporatnt thing for any philosopher, any person to do especially if they are to write a book or essays is to tell the reader the importance of doubting everything and discovering for themselves.

Who knows if he was just being pissed off or actually regretting what he published. Each and every person must doubt everything and what holds together as irrifutible evidence will be the case. Then doubt the evidence.
