Hi guys… does anyone know how I can apply to a philosophy scholarship? … my life is terribly dammaged and screwed up by now… that…I don’t wanna go on if I have to carry with my regular life.
I still live with my parents, whom are…evil, (not in the teenage ‘they don’t let me party’ sense, but in the truly ‘they’d be happy if I had cancer or lived under a bridge’ kind of evil) and I study psycholgy…
but I don’t think I can carry on with it till the end cause some time ago a tragic event happeed to me and I don’t really wanna go on living here… I want a total change in my life and to never depend on my parents again…
and I’ve been thinking about studying philosophy elsewhere as an option but
I have 0 money to pay for university…much less elsewhere where it’s really expensive compared to the economy of my country.
do any of u have any ideas? I can tell my story to the people in that university and they’d feel sorry…i bet. lol… 
My understanding is that scholarships are rare for non-citizens, so I would recommend going to university in your country.
As for the specifics, I would suggest googling it. There is usually a way to find scholarships from the government website as well.
Though I’d recommend a field other than philosophy. While philosophy majors go on to do many good things, it is generally held that there is no money in the field (I’d be curious to see the background of most philosophy majors – from my limited experience, they seem pretty Bourge-y so their going to on good things may be due to familiar connections). Instead I’d shoot for a scholarship in engineering or another field that is good at making money.
People are more willing to invest in a winning horse.

nope, we don’t have that here in peru…parents usually pay for their children’s college, mine do, but they don’t want to anymore, and I don’t think i want to go on either, since the thingy that happened…
and…you are right, philosophy doesn’t pay… what pays abroad? being a cheff?, a hairdresser? a computer programer (that’ll be kind of hard to learn though and I don’t have much time nor peace of mind or a non-hostile environment)…I just wanna learn something quick and go work arboad, make money and then maybe come back and resume my studies…

Well, right now it sounds like you are running away from your parents because of some action you took.
Care to further elucidate that situation further? As someone whose relationship with their parents has been quite shakey at times, I can empathize – but for a parent to cease loving a child is contrary to human nature and ought take a rather drastic event.
Is there no way this rift can be healed?
As for gaining skills quickly and getting the heck out, have you considered the military? They provide training for enlistees and can also usually give money towards college.
At least they do in the states. If you could find your way over here (not always the easiest in a financially-challenged situation) and tried to enlist (they are desperate for soldiers right now. I have heard of recruiters greatly speeding up the whole citizenship-thing to get more bodies) you should be able to put in your time, get training, and cash for college.
Granted, you’ll have a detour to the Middle East. But it will get you out of your current situation.
your relationship might have been shaky, but mine is… just, crazy and sadistic form the start…
and I still love them somehow, I just want to reconstruct my life.
I won’t give up,. i’ll find something I can do…and maybe the military is an option, but I don’t want to die or end up handicaped. 
Have you ever considered that there are other options besides college?
Many people make a lot of money because of how they carry on their personal business etc without a degree.
What will get you the things you want in life is brains and then action. College can sometimes be a detour to both brains and action at times.
there are many schools in the states that do offer scholarships to foreigners, you just have to be yourself, show your drive, and impress the right people. That kind of think is important here.
