I would set up a shoutbox. I don’t quite know how to do it because on my forum, the other admin set it up. So, sorry if you already had this idea but needed to figure out how to set it up, but I’m not really sure. But yea, it’s a good way for immediate discussion. Or you could set up the forum IM chat. Kinda like the shoutbox only different…I guess. :D/
