We live in a strange, strange universe
Whether you think it is absurd or not, that is the case.
We live in a strange, strange universe
What the hell are you talking about? I’m afraid I have had enough of this, I have given a detailed explaination of the basics of the theory and evidence backing it up, and then I get replies such as these, which are unbacked by any type of reason. I’m sorry, but this is like talking to a brick wall
I agree it’s a strange universe.
After agonising thought, (my brain is about to explode) and I am sure I’ll have many sleepless nights to come, pondering this question. I don’t think I can ever accept light has actually traveled the extra distance.
I agree, I feel the same way as you do.
I am sorry, but I can’t see past newtonian physics, unless I committ some sort of intellectual suicide.
If the movement of light is independent of its source, wouldn’t light be left behind when the train moves?
It goes up, as the train moves forward. But never touching the reflective piece on the ceiling because the train has already moved forward.
