Cosmic Sci-Fi materialization
Sending streaming thoughts across endless voids,
Vast amounts of knowledge forever lost
Time and space endlessly howling,
Stars upon never ending planes of existence
Their light speeding across inky blackness,
Countless beacons of light strewn across the sky
Constellations forever trapped in motionless slumber,
Stars and planets ever moving and changing
Forever lost to me.[/i]
Nice. It reminds of Lovecraft. Not that it sounds like him, rather the imagery reminds of some Elder God moving thru the Trackless Vasts. ![]()

I’m sorry Dave, I’m afraid I can’t do that.
…sorry Dd, I couldn’t help dropping that Star Trek and 2001: A Space Oddyssey science on ya. I meant it in the best of mischievious spirit. You’ll find I have quite the Lokian streak --Norse god of mischief in case you don’t already know, that is-- in me. I did like the poem, BTW. It’s as if you were channeling the spirit of Carl Sagan when writing this poem.
