suggestions for Plotinus paper topic?

Hope you can help…

I have to do a 20-p paper on Plotinus, and am totally drawing a blank on what to write about. It is not to be a summary: it can be an exploration of some aspect, or a comparison, etc. ANY suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated, since I have to start writing pretty soon here…

Only ideas I have: beauty, The One: any suggestions on how to make one of these a topic??

PS I am not very familiar with Philosophy-- I am in a PreSocratics class, it’s the only PHI class I’ve ever taken… God help me.

The Ennead, sixth tractate, On Beauty? I loved that, but don’t remember it well enough. But you might ask whether it’s an argument (or the treatment of the One is an argument) for the existence of “God” – that’s always a hot topic.
