Anything is vulnerable to surveillance.

I think the major record labels would be more interested in studying that than the government.

Kev - As a taxpayer, I hope that the government is doing more important things than monitoring this site. It is in no way a think tank, mini or otherwise. Think tanks have influence.

As for studying the effects of lyrics - in a way, they do. All those psychologists that get checks from the government to testify at trials have managed to accumulate a body of “work” that the government uses - on their own, or through lobbyists, to make laws. The effect is rather oblique - but it is there. It’s also there in the decisions of juries. The enemy is us. As it always is.

Given some recent events on ILP, I wouldn’t be surprised if a federal agent or two checked on ILP occasionally. Not for the purpose of mining for think-tanks, but more as a way to look for “internet predators”.

I have often wondered that about ILP.

It’s not uncommon, I talk on another site and we regularly get .gov IP’s snooping around.

Sounds dodgy…

That’s the game I play, baby.

lol, that´s what i like to hear

Then we would wisely be more mindful of our use of predatory language, no?
