I’ll provide the official source in the next few days:
A recent study revealed that something like 98.5% of the worlds pollution is from coal factories and 1.5% is from everything else.
Now, I was shocked when I heard this but the source seemed legit. Still I understand this is so outrageous that you need to see the source for yourself.
So whats the point of all this bullshit with fuel efficient cars? Sure to save gas, but the price of alot of these cars do not really balance things out. Al Gore can shove it up his nobel prize winning ass. (not that he should not already… for you know… telling all of us to stop global warming while one of his mansions consumed like 10 times more than the average American?). Sure global warming is bad, but if this study is true, some changes need to be made.
Recycling may be an extremely small piece of the puzzle, but it’s still worthwhile. There are bigger fish to fry and you shouldn’t be uppity about recycling then turn around and burn baby seal infused coal, but I’m not shoving my recycling bin up my ass.
It wouldn’t fit, anyway. I’m only up to a waste paper basket.
“Pollution” can’t be talked about as an abstract singular thing, so if there is such a source it would have a lot of qualifiers as to what exactly is meant by the number you “quoted”.
Re-reading your OP and then you not coming up with a source at all looks very suspect…
