TALK 2 MEEE!!

What is the weather like today?
How are you today?
Do you like the weather?
So, how are things?
Whats up?

:frowning:
i dunno, i think im trying to make fun of super-ficial conversation,
cause no 1 comes to you and sais:
“I love you and humanity, can i help you? What are the biggest problems in your life?”

Morning rain; afternoon sunshine (hurrah!) Mid 20C (late 70F)

I am well (slightly hung-over) but well.

Yes, when it is good; no, when it is bad. It has been “bad” for days (cloudy) and after a few days of not seeing the sun, I get stroppy. I HATE, HATE, HATE cloudy days. I love the sun. The sun is the day’s way of smiling… of being happy. Its difficult to be miserable when the sun is out.

I like the rain too (if it’s not often or continual.) I love the freshness and the smell but I HATE cloudy days. Cloudy days are like a chick who promises but never puts out. Put out or get out! – that’s my motto.

Unfortunately, summer here brings lots of subtropical cloudy days (and there’s more to come !@#@%$^#! )

Generally? Too busy. I want to retire NOW. I’ve had enough of the corporate world. I’m tired of politics. I’m tired of the never ending learning, the continual need to upgrade software, skills, home appliances, body and ambitions.

I want to retire. I want live in the country… on a mountain facing the ocean. I want to draw/animate… make music… and read ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. What’s ironic is that I used to have all of that – and do all of those things – when I left school but I slipped and fell into the “real” world – then got lost. I’m now I’m running one and a half businesses and am trapped inside and the current is taking me further and further out to sea.

OK Dan, my questions to you”

How old are you?

Do you have slight mental problem? I’m not being cruel, it’s just that you seem a bit manic and unaware of people around you at times ??? )

What’s up with your spelling? You spell some large words correctly, yet others are appalling? For instance “sais” and "feal"… I think you mean “says” and “feel”?

Now you can answer your own questions: How’s the weather? How are things? Etc.

Get this,

a couple of weeks ago I learned to make toast from a web-site… on the same site, there is a step-by-step guide on how to make a lettuce and tomato salad. :unamused:

…talk about information-overload! :astonished:

@km2_33
you think im a bit manic? Whats that?

and my spelling is bad because have dyslexia.

how are things?
Well im alive, and i realy apreshiate that,
also i love to be able to talk with my freinds on the internet.
Im on homeopathic medications for a heart problem and im getting better and better now, i think i may be able to “take my life back” sometime and be way more physicaly active. I have a little dream of exersize and musculature that i dream about… 4the sake of the female mind though sadly.
Im 21 years old.

km2_33, remember that its realy hard to judge people online by what they post, posting at a forum is even less accurate then live chat in a chat room! I talk about crazey crap and my problems, i dont talk about my normal stable and calm attributes, yet they do exist!

The best joke I’ve heard recently is the following theatrical joke

Go up to someone and tell them to hold their head still. Then flex your arm, pointing your hand upwards so that your palm and wrist are facing the other person’s face. Then ask ‘what is this?’ before thrusting your open hand towards their face, just stopping short.

A terro(w)rist

LO, good1,
but am i manic? i know im too emotional but maybe it has to do with my thinking because my will is beyond my ability.

HI Dan,
Manic/mania is a burst of intense, exaggerated, enthusiasm — balance goes out the window.

We’ve had people on this site who suffered from aspersers syndrome (a milder type of autism) and, because of their inability to understand the emotional/social dynamics of the communications, have been attacked. Once it was understood the person was not purposely being bombastic, the communication changed to a more understanding one.

Why did I ask you that? The number of post you shot out in your first few days and the subject matter (e.g. loving women and humanity “too much”) indicated that you might have a mild condition. On the other hand, you may be just naturally intense (as compared with most other people). So I asked to clarify it.

Thanks for telling us about the dyslexia. It explains your spelling patterns.

Re judging people online by what they post: I wasn’t judging; I was asking. Besides, I think you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she writes and expresses him/herself online. But they are indications not judgements.

It’s great that your emotional intensity is positive. There are lots of people who feel the same intensity but in a hateful way. Take care.
