Wow. Tetsuo is a Japanese film done by Shinya Tsukamoto.
A black and white, extremely trippy and bizarre movie. It seems to be about people being turned into metallic beings in very graphic manners. I recommend watching this movie after smoking lots and lots of weed. It will freak you out, then make you laugh your ass off seconds later.
