I don’t think so - not at all. To party with friends is for many people to abandon oneself to momentary chaos. Mosh pits and music. Amusement park rides. And so on.
People do not value structure absolutely and to the exclusion of non-structure.
How can you possibly use structure to experience chaos?
Not that a non-structured state is not feasible. It may be the case that a non-structured state is what was and then, through structuring, it became less non-structured.
You’re correct - right up to the last nano-second before you think about it. Non-structure is non-thinking and simply reacting to stimuli. Heady stuff, that non-thinking moment…
It takes discipline to suspend the unceasing structuring mode of the mind.
On the other hand, “chaos” is what the structuring mind experiences when it experiences threat. Without that sense of threat, I don’t think reality would be experienced as chaos.
