Isn’t his name, Heath Dead-ger?
No.
Over-rated.
Good by todays standards perhaps but not remarkable, everything in it had already been done many times and much better.
Haha.
Pretty good - tho’ a bit over-plotted and heavy on the existentialism - the ethical dilemma with the boat was interesting - the joker has the means to do really “big” philosophy with live peoples - I also liked where he berated the criminals for not being criminal enough.
A bit of a cartoony nihilist tho and not a patch on ILP joker!

I would have liked the movie better if they cast ILP Joker as joker. I doubt Batman would’ve stopped him from both blowing boats up.
Joking aside, I’ve seen a whole bunch of movies, to the point now where most of them disappoint, or just downright bore the shit out of me. Dark Knight was hyped to hell but amazingly, lived up to it.
Best movie in years. I’m debating seeing it again, and I never do that.
I have seen the Dark Knight twice and I have some thoughts.
First as a movie, fucking totally awesome.
Heath Ledger does more then act as much as he
inhabits the roles, he is the joker.
Finally, it is a brilliant look at good, evil, and society.
Perhaps the most philosophical action movie ever.
