Why choose to be conscious of an event, conscious awareness only limits experience. See the centipede who asked his hundred legs how they moved so synchronously, they never questioned it before, and thought, but they couldn’t answer and were left in confusion, after that they couldn’t pick up the pace again, they were no longer synchronous and the centipede was stuck.
