There is a sad lack of cooperation. Proof eludes because of that. Extraterrestrials? Possible but until there is cooperation doubts win. I have always wished for full access to the Library of Congress and the patent office with a team of reputable unbiased scholars. A treasure hunt for knowledge and truth.
