It’s ok, it’s releaving at times if you care about other persons opinions, I find it less engaging than disagreements though, people tend to discuss more when they disagree…usually. A mix of both is the best type of conversation in my opinion.
Again, an opinion, not a fact. And here’s something to think about. If life started as an accident, then the house you see across the street was built by accident. Yes?
I commonly say, when I see someone substituting opinions as facts, “And we know that how?” The thing about thinking of an opnion as a fact is that the person doing so believes he has the answer and having it, will look no farther for the solution. For the truth. For the fact. Gives up, in a very real way.
I think the assertion that humans are insignificant is more insignificant than humans are. Especially the guy in the apartment across from mine with all his algorithms and paintings on cardboard.
