Would you give up the legality of alcohol in exchange for legal marijuana?
Most of us know alcohol is 100x worse for you than weed. Think about this one. Assuming marijuana would then be sold at all places where cigarettes are sold, at much lower prices.

I think they’re gonna legalise weed here in the UK soon, but they’ve been talking about it more than actually working on getting the law through Parliament: hence prolonging the wait 
Peeps used to get arrested for having weed on them, but now it’s ok to have a small amount on your person: indicating personal use, and not dealing.
Of course both being legal would be ideal. Just a hypothetical question. I just thought society would be better in many ways if the legality of the two were reversed.

DMT is the chemical responsible for dreams themselves, it’s a naturally occuring bodily chemical (like cannabinoids) and it’s classified as the most dangerous substance by near every gov’t on earth. Why? It makes no sense? Acid is worse than speed? Give me a break… it’s just stupid BEYOND MEASURE.
It’s fucking absurd and indicative of why people don’t realize how absurd it is – by taking it away from people, it turns them into mindless robots who bicker on web forums without ever ascertaining any deeper connection to anything.
People who don’t experiment with drugs baffle me. I can’t imagine such a hell-life.
Or back when weed was listed under Schedule 1 drugs along with heroin and other opiates. Thats right, weed was listed in the tier above cocaine. This is why I want a world with no government, no money, just pure freedom.
The drug trade makes trillions in unaccountable dollars, most if not all goes to black ops projects.
Think about it: If you need money, what better way is to make it so a WEED is worth it’s weight in gold?
It’s the biggest industry there is, and ‘drug dealers’ get a very small portion of this stuff. At the top these dealers are all government agencies, and hence the black ops projects.

I agree completely, and I’ve talked with many people who agree as well. All things we know as “normal” in society are all distractions that the common man gets lost in and forgets how to think. Then the government wins. However, as long as the intellectuals are around, the people who can still think freely, the battle isn’t over.
Man… I’m not saying this place is full of ivy league’s finest, but if me and you are the only ones who feel this to be relevant… it ain’t looking good.

I know friends of a friend that did just that for years (probably a few decades) and regrets such experimentation: as it’s left him somewhat fucked up! but he’s a nice guy to know: just jittery and not totally with-it.

I take drugs to explore my conchiousness. I dissect those experiments and document them. I try to understand my mind, things like freewill and metaphisics. Most people take drugs to get fucked up and waste time in a ignorant blur.
