Consciousness is binary because we experience both the in (1) and out (0) of the moment consciousness states.We transition backwards and forwards between these two consciousness states all the time because matter VIBRATES!!!

You mention resonating and positive charge particle interaction and yet you don’t mention negative charge particle interaction.
